Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for PIECE (Pentesting Interactive & Exhaustive Command Explorer), operated by Mirachron Security SRL.

2. Free Tier Availability

We offer a comprehensive Free tier that allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. The Free tier includes:

• Access to command syntax and basic examples
• Basic filtering and search functionality
• Command objectives and descriptions
• Placeholder management

Note: Advanced features like starred commands, prerequisites, arguments, and follow-up actions require a Premium or Elite subscription.

We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the Service using the Free tier before upgrading.

3. Refund Policy for Paid Subscriptions

3.1 Waiver of Withdrawal Right

When you subscribe to a paid plan (Premium or Elite), you:

• Acknowledge that you have evaluated the Service through our Free tier
• Expressly request immediate access to premium features
• Acknowledge that immediate provision of the service waives your 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU

This acknowledgment is obtained during the checkout process.

3.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical failures: If you are unable to access the Service due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, we may provide a full or pro-rata refund at our discretion.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
• Legal requirements: Where applicable law requires us to provide a refund.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• You will not be charged for future billing periods

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at:

• Your account email address
• Date of the transaction
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
