Welcome to PIECE (Pentesting Interactive & Exhaustive Command Explorer), operated by Mirachron Security SRL ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform at piece.mirachron.com ("Service").

5.2 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

5.3 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the period ends
• No further charges will be made

6.2 Refund Policy

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content

8. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirachron Security SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from security incidents, data loss, or unauthorized access.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ploiești, Romania.

13. Changes to Terms
